The International Cancer Conference to be held in Nagpur on 9th and 10th July will be one of its kind, as it will reach to over 1,35,000 doctors in India through Docplexus.
Docplexus is appointed as an Official Media and Digital Partner for the International Cancer Congress which will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi on 9th July. This is the second conference in a fortnight for Docplexus, after the success at Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI)- International Federation of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians (FIGO) conference in Pune held on 24th to 26th June.
Docplexus will interact with eminent KOLs from the field of oncology and cover the key events of the scientific programme with videography. These interactions will then be hosted on Docplexus, so that views, opinions and breakthroughs shared at the conference will be available to over 1,35,000 doctors spread across India.
Speaking on behalf of the organizing committee , Dr. Ajay Mehta, Organising Secretary said, “Our main objective is to place this Congress at the forefront of the development of knowledge for the prevention and treatment of cancer in the country, more importantly to promote equity in access to cancer care in lower and middle-income groups. The Congress promises to provide participating delegates from India including post-graduate medical students (free registration) a rare opportunity to interact with an impressive array of global experts.”
Dr. Mehta also highlighted the importance of this collaboration, he said
One of the primary aims this Congress will strive to achieve will be to arm delegates with necessary tools and techniques that will enable them to make significant difference, implement and take action at all levels in the global fight against cancer. Towards this end, we have designed a stimulatory and attractive programme which we hope will usher in new ideas, innovations and strategies for implementing cancer science.Our Collaboration with “Docplexus ” will help doctors to access to conference material and interact with peers in the field of Oncology.
Eminent specialists and KOLs from therapeutic areas in addition to oncology will also participate in the scientific programmes held during the conference. Docplexus will also interact with these doctors to understand the challenges and breakthroughs in their field of expertise.
Scientific programmes, new studies, and lectures during the International Cancer Conference will be hosted on Docplexus after the event, benefiting doctors and ultimately the patients. Doctors who are not yet specialized in treating cancer patients will also gain valuable insights about growing menace of cancer.
